子宫全切后如果保留了双侧卵巢，对身体生理变化影响不大，可能比常人早一两年左右出现更年期症状，其他没有大影响。子宫全切后阴道残端缝合，阴道稍有变短，可能一开始对性生活有点儿影响，时间长了适应了就没事儿了。
