迷奸是本章的主题，刘绍成为了自己出卖了陆护士长，反而把陆护士长塑造成一个娇而不媚，淫而不荡的熟女，这样的熟女令狼友们喜欢。文中的“我”冷静的看着陆护士长被迷奸，却没有兴奋反而有一丝难过，当感觉到自己无能为力时，暂时选择隐忍，表现出文中的“我”没有偷窥嗜好，心思慎密。至于陆护士长说蒋司长不会有下次了，恐怕是陆护士长一厢情愿，一些事情不怕开始，就怕没有开始。支持作者了
