冬季的养生之道

  根据我们单位老中医(也是老色鬼)口中得出,夏天就算你晚上干到腿软,3天之内就会恢复,熬个夜什么的,只要第二天好好休息下,就会复原。
  而现在冬天的话,就不一样了,搞的我现在都会减少冬季性生活,自己也觉得是那么回事。
  好朋友们冬天多吃点温补的东西,吃饭最好是喝点热汤,身体养好了来年才有精力噢!
  提议还有个新招,如果感到气血不通顺,建议每天每隔及小时做几次:(用手把鼻子捏住,捏紧点别跑气,然后深呼吸一口气,然后在用力用鼻子出气,直到感觉耳朵里的耳膜鼓起,再放手深呼吸几次后再做次动作,做个3到4次)因为冬天活动量相对比较少,坐太久或者睡太久长时间会气血封闭,时间长了会有头眩,耳鸣等
