一般是正常的，只要不疼痛，主要是括约肌松弛还有输精管与尿道之间的膜瓣移位腾出的部分空间导致内外气压有差异所以就会有想小便的感觉~你那种感觉是正常的,如果你不忍住的话,那就是传说中的潮吹!会给男人很大的成就感的!
