楼主，你这个是长时间没有做过了龟头从新回到敏感状态了，心态也有些变化，这个是正常的不需要看医生，房事之前放宽些心态，做点前戏，过程中节奏放缓，姿势换频繁些，一段时间里做爱次数稍微频繁点。慢慢的会恢复过来的。
