增长增大其实过了青春期已经没什么希望了,就像长身高一样。

最主要还是硬度和持久度的问题,这个可以通过努力来改善。

硬度的话主要是血液循环功能好,供血充足,所以一方面注意加强体力锻炼,尤其是有氧运动,岁数越大效果越明显,另一方面,锻炼PC肌,例如提肛,这个是改善下体局部血液循环的,对助勃效果不错,方便第二战快速恢复。
