按照年龄来看楼主夫人应该已经有过生育史了吧。女性怀孕时因为体内胎儿的成长会对盆底肌造成一定的挤压和撑拉，盆底肌的作用就是托举和固护我们盆腔内的各种器官，比如膀胱、子宫。而女性在生产时选择顺产也会造成一定的松弛。
建议楼主可以给夫人买个凯格尔球也叫阴道哑铃一般是孕妇生产后用来缩阴的，可以通过这个来锻炼。我不是主攻妇科的所以我无法给出具体的原理和最好的治疗方案，只能提一些建议。另外，楼主选择阴道哑铃时建议选择大牌子的，质量有保证、产品也过关、用着也放心。
